Any product bought from Naqshi store (online) can be exchanged from any Naqshi Store within 7 days.

Prouduct should be unused and still has the label and tag in their original state.

In order to receive wrong parcel or damage product Naqshi should be intimated in writing, of return within in 12 hours after receiving the product and changed product will be deliver within 7 days.
