Shopping at Naqshi is easy: Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top right of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order and you’re done. Happy Shopping
The Sales Order Summary emailed or text to you will act as confirmation that your order has been logged in our record. If you do not get this email or text , please contact Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org or +92 300 (1035222)
As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed or text an Order ID, along with your Order Confirmation. This is what will help you track your order(s). You may call or email our Customer Care with the tracking number information to find out the status of your order.
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care at +92 300 (1035222) or email us at email@example.com, for assistance.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed.
