How can I place an order?
Shopping at Naqshi is easy: Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top right of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order and you’re done. Happy Shopping
How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed or text an Order ID, along with your Order Confirmation. This is what will help you track your order(s). You may call or email our Customer Care with the tracking number information to find out the status of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care at +92 300 (1035222) or email us at team@naqshiofficial.com, for assistance.
Can I add items to the existing order or make changes to an order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card to make payments?
All payment information on our website is processed on a fully encrypted and secure platform and kept confidential with only authorized personnel having access to your information.
In how many destinations is COD service available?
COD is available all over Pakistan.
Is any additional charges for cash on delivery?
No there are no any charges of cash on delivery
How long does delivery take?
Normally Naqshi ships maximum between 6 - 7 working days, If the order does not reach you in the specified time, please contact us at team@naqshiofficial.com or +92 300 (1035222).
Why should I give you my personal information?
Customer information pertaining to name, card billing details and shipping addresses are necessary to process any electronic transactions via credit/debit cards. These are essential inputs into the fraud detection mechanisms.
