Once your order has been processed, our Change & Exchange Policy will apply. You will always receive a confirmation call once your order is placed.
Naqshi reserves the right to decline orders if:
- Payment is not successfully completed.
- The product is out of stock.

🏦 Debit Card: 10–25 working days

Order Holding & Cancellation
- Once an order is ready for dispatch, we will attempt to contact you for delivery. Parcels will be held for a maximum of 7 days. If the customer is unresponsive or unreachable, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
Naqshi reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons
- Out of stock items
- Pricing issue
- Technical Errors
- Declined payment by your authorized payment institution
- High return ratio
- Non service areas
- Suspicious history etc.
