ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order through any of the following methods:

Once your order has been processed, our Change & Exchange Policy will apply. You will always receive a confirmation call once your order is placed.

Naqshi reserves the right to decline orders if:

  • Payment is not successfully completed.
  • The product is out of stock.

Refund Timelines (if applicable):
💳 Credit Card: 4–8 working days
🏦 Debit Card: 10–25 working days

Note: Timelines may vary depending on the cardholder’s bank policies.

Order Holding & Cancellation

  • Once an order is ready for dispatch, we will attempt to contact you for delivery. Parcels will be held for a maximum of 7 days. If the customer is unresponsive or unreachable, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice.

Naqshi reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons

  • Out of stock items
  • Pricing issue
  • Technical Errors
  • Declined payment by your authorized payment institution
  • High return ratio
  • Non service areas
  • Suspicious history etc.
