RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Yes we do under these conditions:
- Any product bought from Naqshi store (online) can be exchanged from any Naqshi Store within 7 days.
- You can claim exchange product within 48 hours after receiving parcels.
- In order to receive the wrong parcel or damaged product Naqshi should be intimated in writing, of return within 12 hours after receiving the product, and the changed product will be delivered within 7 days.
- Articles must not be used, all tags must be intact, and packing should be in its original condition.
- You’ll have to return your previous parcel to us by any courier service feasible to you.
- You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Send us proof of dispatch from your side after returning the old parcel.
- If you receive the wrong parcel or damaged product exchange charges will be zero. If you wish to exchange your product exchange charges will be applied 250/- RS

- NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEM’S AND ITEM’S MADE TO ORDER OR CUSTOMIZED.
If you wish to cancel your order, please confirm us via call, Whatsapp +92 300 1035222 or email at, email@example.com within 24 hours to place order. Once the order has been processed, the “Exchange and Return Policy” Will be applied. You will always receive the confirmation call once your order is confirmed. Naqshi may decline the orders, if the payment did not go through or the product is out of stock.
